Job summary

Blue Gems ABA seeks compassionate RBTs to deliver evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect progress data, and maintain a positive, engaging session environment.

Qualified candidates will have an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Prior autism experience is preferred, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or eligibility to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
