The Judge Group seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support to students under BCBA/BCaBA supervision, implementing ABA programs and promoting positive outcomes in educational settings.

You will collect and document progress data, support student engagement, and help develop academic, social, communication, and adaptive skills. Requires completion of 40-hour RBT training, RBT certification, and adherence to Ethics Code.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program, or willingness to complete prior to employment.
• Successful completion of the RBT Competency Assessment and RBT Certification Examination.
• Ability to adhere to the RBT Ethics Code and professional standards.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA programs as directed by a BCBA/BCaBA.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support to students.
• Collect, track, and maintain accurate data regarding student progress and behavioral outcomes.
• Assist students in developing academic, social, communication, and adaptive skills.
• Support behavior management, de-escalation, and crisis intervention strategies when appropriate.
• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, therapists, and related service providers.
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, team members, and stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
