SBBC (School-Based Behavior Consultation) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support students across school-readiness centers, homes, and community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans and collect progress data to drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in school-readiness centers, homes, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
