Job summary

BASS ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Tech / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work directly with individuals to improve communication, social, and daily living skills, both in centers and in the community.

Responsibilities include data collection, daily notes, and collaboration with a large team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Paid training and supervision for those pursuing certification are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to multiple locations.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy.
• Electronic data collection for BCBA-guided programming.
• Complete daily notes after each session and upload to databases.
• Maintain open communication with the BCBA regarding progress.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations throughout the day.
