Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks actively credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains. Ongoing certification and ethical responsibilities are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
