Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBA in conducting functional behavior assessments.
• Conduct fidelity checks to ensure proper implementation of procedures.
• Input and analyze behavior data as trained by the BCBA and assist in data interpretation.
• Record behavioral and instructional data timely and accurately.
• Assist with development and implementation of behavior management strategies.
• Train and coach instructional staff and caregivers as directed.
• Participate in staff meetings and supervision with the BCBA.
• Comply with district policies and safety procedures.
