Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role covers implementing interventions, data collection, and supporting skill development in children across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

Qualifications include an active RBT credential, ability to verify, and CPR/First Aid. This in-person role offers flexible hours across clinic, home, school, or community settings and opportunities

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification issued by BACB.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
