Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and support skill development across communication, behavior, social, and daily living domains.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT credential and are prepared to maintain certification and ethics. Roles are in-person across clinic, home, school, or community settings with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification from BACB.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
