Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

The role offers part-time hours with opportunities to grow into a full-time position as caseloads expand, and requires travel to client locations as needed. Join a team focused on improving lives through Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field is preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
