Job summary

Enspirit Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support ABA-based client services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans, collect data, and participate in professional development as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 40 hours of ABA training, pass the RBT exam, and can work with children and adults with special needs. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license/insurance may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with individuals with special needs.
• 40-hour ABA training and RBT certification.
• Background check clearance.
• Able to follow supervision and implement BCBA plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral services in individual and group sessions.
• Run skill acquisition programs using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data and graph data using software and/or Excel.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Ensure client safety and well-being during sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
