Job summary

Opal Autism Centers seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our Idaho Falls center.

You will implement treatment plans, collect data, engage with families, participate in team meetings, and help children with autism reach their learning goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-approved 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• CPR certification before start date
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
• On-site center-based work environment

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Adhere to ethical guidelines in behavior analysis
