Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Idaho Falls, ID is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and engage families in the therapy process.

This on-site, center-based role runs Mon–Fri with set hours and pays $18-$25 per hour. We provide training, ongoing development, and a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition discounts and supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB 40-hour training recognized by BACB.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• CPR certification before start date.
• Clear criminal background check.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a treatment team.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Flexible in a dynamic work environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; onsite center work.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning.
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
