Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based program in Meridian, ID. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and engage with families to support therapy goals.

The role offers full-time hours, $37,440–$52,000 annual equivalent pay (hourly rate), a $1,000 bonus, paid training, and comprehensive benefits. On-site supervision and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification OR BACB-approved 40-hour RBT training OR field BT experience in ABA
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• CPR certification required before start date
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively in a treatment team
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stay on-site
• Center-based, on-site work only

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
