Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a center-based setting. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect data on client progress, and engage families to support therapy at home and in sessions.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Meridian, ID location, with ongoing training, supervision by a BCBA, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of a BACB-approved 40-hour training.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis.
