Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Idaho Falls is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide compassionate ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans and participate in ongoing training to support client progress.

As a center-based, on-site role, you will collect data, engage children with autism in learning activities, communicate with families, and collaborate with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB 40-hour training certificate
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
• Desire for ongoing professional development and training
• Flexibility in a dynamic work environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat
• On-site center-based setting

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress
