Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy in a center-based setting in Logan, Utah. You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and engage families to support therapy goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on clinical work, ongoing training, and professional development with on-site supervision and a strong emphasis on ethical practice in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or BACB-recognized 40-hour RBT course.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification before start date.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development.
• Communicate with families about their child’s progress and strategies.
• Assist in developing educational materials and resources.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
