Job summary

Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists serving families in homes, schools, and communities. This role involves partnering with a BCBA to support one-on-one sessions with children on the spectrum, implementing behavior strategies, and collecting data to track progress.

You’ll operate with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, and mentorship from a dedicated BCBA ensures you’re never alone on a case.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Active RBT certification is required or the drive to earn one.
• Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, and collect data.
• Maintain consistent relationships and ensure reliability for families.
