Job summary

Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists providing in-home, school, and daycare services. We hire certified RBTs and aspiring therapists, paired with a dedicated BCBA mentor from day one.

You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism, following a BCBA's plan, collecting data, and building lasting relationships to support growth. We offer full-time or part-time schedules, a clear path toward BCBA certification, and potential training reimbursement for those pursuing

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred or path to certification.
• Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation.
• Able to work with kids and families in home/school/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy with kids in homes, schools, and communities.
• Follow individualized plans created by a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and monitor progress according to the BCBA guidance.
• Collaborate with the BCBA mentor to ensure consistent service delivery.
