Job summary

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities, following a plan from your BCBA and collecting data.

We offer direct mentorship from a BCBA, full-time or part-time schedules, and a clear path toward BCBA certification. Some practices reimburse training and pay you during hands-on learning to earn your certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or similar roles.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs and stay active.
• Must be at least 18 and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• BCBA provides close mentorship and is reachable; no guessing or flying solo.
