Job summary

Alpaca Health is a trauma-informed, in-home ABA network that serves kids in their homes, schools, and communities. You’ll work one-on-one with children, following a BCBA-created plan, implementing behavior strategies, and collecting data to measure progress.

This role offers full-time or part-time hours, mentoring from a dedicated BCBA rather than managers, and opportunities to pursue BCBA certification. We reimburse training for RBTs earning certification and support hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required or in progress.
• Willingness to pursue BCBA certification path.
• Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data to track progress.
