Job summary

Alpaca Health in the United States offers in-person ABA therapy roles working one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in homes, schools and daycares. You’ll follow a BCBA's plan, implement behavior strategies, collect data and build steady relationships that foster growth.

Not all roles require current RBT certification; we’ll help you pursue certification. Expect mentorship from a BCBA, flexible hours (full-time or part-time), and a clear path toward BCBA advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred or you can earn one with our support.
• Work with BCBA mentors from day one and grow toward BCBA.
• Experience with kids in educational or clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build consistent relationships that help kids grow; BCBA is closely involved.
