Job summary

Alpaca Health provides in-person ABA therapy with a BCBA mentor. You’ll work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and communities, following individualized plans and data collection to support growth.

Roles are available full-time or part-time, with flexible hours across mornings, afternoons, and evenings to fit client needs. Training and guidance accompany every step of certification advancement.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Available across mornings, afternoons, or evenings to meet client needs.
• Comfort with traveling to client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data as directed.
• Maintain consistent relationships with kids and families.
