Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to track progress under supervision.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification (or be eligible to obtain it), a high school diploma, and experience with autism or developmental delays. A valid driver’s license is required, and a passion for helping families is essential.

Qualifications

• Certification: Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• As an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
