Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by the supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification (or eligibility). A high school diploma is required, with a psychology/education background a plus; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
