Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision and collect progress data to guide treatment.

Requirements include active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and reliable transportation. Strong communication and passion for helping kids are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
