Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision and collect progress data.

Requirements include active RBT certification (or eligibility), a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. Strong communication and a passion for helping children and families are essential.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
