Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Maryland is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2-6 with autism through one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy. You will implement plans created by Master's-level clinicians and track progress with families.

This role offers paid RBT training, a clear progression path, and a generous benefits package, with on-site work, a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours for full-time staff, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a clinical environment.
