Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Greenbelt, MD is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 2-6, under supervision from Masters-level clinicians. RBT certification is required within 6 weeks and paid training is provided.

The role offers $21.50–$28.50 per hour with regular bonuses and potential for raises, plus a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff. Benefits include student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement, in-network mental health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for enrollment or completion of a related degree program.
• RBT certification must be achieved within first 6 weeks; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Engage with families and provide progress updates.
• Participate in ongoing training on ABA therapy and RBT certification.
