Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will implement plans created by Masters-level clinicians and build strong relationships with families while monitoring progress within the ABA framework.

You must have a high school diploma and work toward an RBT certification within 6 weeks; bilingual or advanced degrees in child development or psychology are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or equivalent.
• RBT certification must be obtained within first 6 weeks; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and maintain RBT certification.
