Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician/RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for young children in a clinic setting. You will follow intervention plans created by Masters-level clinicians and participate in ongoing training to maintain RBT certification.

Building strong relationships with families and reporting progress is essential. The role includes working full-time with a guaranteed weekly hour minimum, ongoing support for RBT certification, and opportunities to explore related

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification within first 6 weeks; CO Springs location requires RBT.
• Degree program preferred in Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children and reliable transportation; punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians; ensure ABA alignment.
• Foster relationships with families and provide progress updates.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay current with ABA therapy and RBT certification.
