Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to support children ages 2-6 with autism in a center-based, early intervention setting. You will deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy and follow individualized plans developed by Master's-level clinicians, while communicating progress to families.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for child development and experience with children; a high school diploma is required, and you will have the opportunity to obtain and maintain your RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
