Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children ages 2-6 using the ESDM/ABA approach. You will provide one-on-one, play-based therapy under supervision of Master’s-level clinicians and support families with progress updates.

No RBT certification? We provide paid training and support you in earning and maintaining your credential. Soar's RBT career progression program creates opportunities for raises and promotions every 3 months as you build your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master's-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
