Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. This in-home and community-based ABA provider supports individuals with autism by implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision and collecting data during sessions.

In-person role in Warrensville Heights, OH with travel as needed. Requires a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication. Competitive pay: $18–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year minimum experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Respect for privacy and HIPAA regulations; maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in developing and applying care plans.
• Use ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
