Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, through in-home and community ABA services. You will work under supervision to implement plans, collect data, and help clients learn new skills.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong teamwork. The position is in Dayton, Ohio, with in-person work and travel as needed; benefits include paid time off and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities, preferably autism.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and client confidentiality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA direction.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
• Use ABA techniques to teach skills and manage behaviors.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
