Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities through in-home and community ABA services. You will help implement plans, collect data, and contribute to care coordination with the BCBA and care team.

You will work in Bethlehem, NH with 15–20 hours per week, earning $19.00–$26.00 per hour. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with travel required.

Qualifications

• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality of medical records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
