Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. This in-home and community-based role provides ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on behavior intervention, data collection, and collaborative care.

The position requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, and the ability to travel up to 100%. Part-time schedule with afternoon availability and a compensation of $17.00–$24.00 per hour, plus benefits like paid sick time

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience with autism and ABA techniques.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
  • Assist in development and implementation of care plans.
  • Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.
