Achieving Stars Therapy OH is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide in-home and community ABA services, implementing plans under supervision to support individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a high school diploma, and a willingness to travel. The position is part-time with potential to increase hours, and in-person work in Cleveland, OH is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain confidential client records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
