Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in our Scottsdale clinic. You will implement plans developed by Masters-level clinicians in alignment with ABA principles and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

You will foster strong family partnerships, provide progress updates, and participate in ongoing training for ABA therapy and RBT certification. A supportive multi-disciplinary team and a positive workplace environment await.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BACB attestation for RBT (for CO Springs location) noted.
• Preference for enrollment in or completion of a related degree (Child Development, Psychology).
• Ability to attain and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks; training provided.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience with children and enjoyment in working with kids.
• Must have reliable transportation to training and local center.
• Must meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, sit/stand, move frequently.
• Computer and tablet literacy; ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children 2–6 in clinic following ABA principles.
• Implement intervention plans created by Masters-level clinicians.
• Build families' relationships and update progress within ABA framework.
• Participate in ongoing training and development for ABA therapy and RBT certification.
