Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children ages 2–6 with autism through one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy in our Phoenix center. You will work under master’s-level clinicians and contribute to individualized plans that are shared with families.

We offer paid RBT certification training, ongoing professional development, and a pathway for advancement within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.
• Experience working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Bring skills from childcare, daycare, education, caregiving, or paraprofessional work into a highly supported clinical environment.
