Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Glendale, AZ seeks a Behavioral Technician/RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to young children in a clinic setting. You will follow plans from our Masters-level clinicians, while building strong relationships with families and supporting progress updates.

We offer paid training to obtain RBT certification, a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, and a comprehensive benefits package. Eligible for full-time status with guaranteed weekly hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BACB attestation for RBT is acceptable.
• Must be able to achieve and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks (paid training)
• Reliable transportation to training location and local center; punctuality essential
• Preference for related degree programs in Child Development or Psychology

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians in ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on child progress.
• Engage in ongoing training for ABA therapy and RBT certification
