Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Mesa, AZ seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will follow intervention plans developed by Masters-level clinicians and contribute to family progress updates within the ABA framework.

We offer paid training to obtain RBT certification, a guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week for full-time roles, and opportunities for career growth in ABA, with a supportive, collaborative team and regular reviews for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (per resume/BACB attestation for RBT).
• Preference for enrollment or completion of a related degree (Child Development, Psychology, etc).
• Ability to achieve/maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks; paid training provided.
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by Masters-level clinicians, ensuring alignment with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development, staying current with ABA therapy advances and RBT certification.
