Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Behavior Technician or RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6, guided by ESDM principles and supervised by Masters-level clinicians.

You will work with families, participate in training, and pursue RBT certification within six weeks. The role offers career growth, training support, and a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (validated by resume or BACB attestation).
• Preference for enrollment or completion of a related degree (Child Development/ Psychology).
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within first 6 weeks (training provided).
• RBT certification required for CO Springs location.
• Experience with children and enthusiasm for working with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high professional standards.
• Implement intervention plans created by Masters-level clinicians, aligned with ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and update them on child progress within the ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development on ABA therapy advances and RBT certification.
