Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring certified RBTs to work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities. You’ll follow a BCBA-provided plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data to track progress. We value reliability and flexibility.

You can work full-time or part-time with morning, afternoon, or evening availability. Active RBT certification is required or you can start with a path to certification; we reimburse training for those pursuing certification, and a BCBA mentor

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or underway with path to certification
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related 'kids-first' background
• Able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, schools, and communities
• Follow personalized plans from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies
• Collect and track data to measure progress
• Build consistent, positive relationships with clients and families
