Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under supervision and collect progress data using clinical software.

The role requires an Active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma (bachelor’s in psychology/education is a plus), and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability and commitment to client welfare

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
