Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement intervention plans developed by supervising BCBA and track progress using clinical software.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families and BCBAs, and maintaining a safe, engaging session environment to promote meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.

Education

Active Registered Behavior Technician certification

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (a plus)
