Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring for an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect progress data under supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers.
• Maintain a safe, positive environment during sessions.
