Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and collect data on progress using clinical software, working closely with BCBA supervisors and families. Reliable transportation is required.

Preferred candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with autism or developmental delays. This role offers flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for the child during sessions.
