Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking an RBT to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA and collect real-time progress data.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification or are eligible to obtain one, with a High School Diploma (a Bachelor's degree is a plus). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect accurate real-time data on client progress.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment during sessions.
