Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is hiring an RBT to work 1:1 with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering evidence-based ABA therapy. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA and collect progress data using clinical software.

You will collaborate with BCBAs and families to ensure consistency and generalization, keeping sessions safe, positive, and engaging for each child. A valid RBT certification and driving ability are required, with a passion for helping families.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
