Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to work 1:1 with children diagnosed with autism in home, school, or clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect accurate data, collaborate with families and caregivers, and maintain a safe, engaging environment.

Required: active RBT certification (or eligibility), HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
